Week No 20 is the final week for Amsted to be at the house full-time. We made it to the end! In their last week, Amsted continued checking off finishing items from the list (trim, lights, grout, etc). The interior painting was also finished including the upstairs floor (another colour so awesome that I yelled when I saw it). Tomorrow is our 97% walk-through where we discuss what is left and if there are any deficiencies. We helped get a 20 week full renovation of an old house done on time by doing our homework so we didn't want to stop now. Today we did a thorough walk-through ourselves to get ready for tomorrow's meeting. While there is nothing serious on the list, we want to make sure that everything is taken care of properly. After that, life is all about the move.
