They were able to get one well drilled on Thursday and one on Friday for the geothermal system. Normally it takes an hour a hole but with our clay conditions apparently it is taking a day a hole (even with the big machine). Sorry neighbours but the crew will be back on Monday for the third and final hole. We do really appreciate your patience (and your awesome support). After the third hole is drilled, a different crew will come in to hook up the copper coils in the three wells together and then drill through the side of the house in order to connect into the system in our basement. More fun and more cool machinery!
