We now have window and door trim. While we could not restore the old stuff, we did try to imitate it with the height and profile. If you look closely you can see the old closet door put back in at the end of the hall. It is the one with the mirror on it. Old back in with the new. You can also see signs of the floor being fixed soon. The cardboard cover is gone from the living room (first photo) and from the octagon. The place looks warmer with the old beech floor exposed again.
